Anonymous occupancy analytics
Stop guessing how your spaces are used.
Live occupancy, peak times, dwell and utilisation for every zone — counts only, no images kept, nobody identified. The objective basis for staffing, layout and capacity decisions, on one managed subscription.
Rated sensor accuracy, confirmed against your own head-counts during the pilot.
What you get
Counts, not cameras.
Ceiling sensors count how many people are in a zone and how long they stay. No one is identified, no images are kept, and nothing personally identifiable leaves the room.
Live headcount by zone
Every zone against its capacity target — colour-coded quiet, busy or full, so staff can ease a space before it tips into congestion.
Peaks, dwell and trends
Congestion by hour and weekday, average dwell, and utilisation over time — the evidence behind rostering and re-stacking a floor.
A number you can defend
Capacity and layout decisions stop being an argument about who remembers the room being busy.
Where it works
Built for the spaces cameras can't watch.
One anonymous sensor per space — counting how a room fills without keeping a single image. These are the areas we cover most.

See it in action
Your spaces, live on one screen.
One simple dashboard your team already knows how to use — real-time occupancy and the trends behind it.
Every zone's live headcount against its 85% capacity target — colour-coded quiet, busy or full, so staff ease a space before it tips into congestion.
Why Constructio
Anonymous by design, not by policy.
Proof
How a Darebin aquatic centre re-stacked its gym floor
Anonymous occupancy analytics gave the centre a utilisation target it could actually manage to — and the evidence to change the floor layout.
We needed cover for the one place a camera can't go — the accessible toilets by the pool and gym. Constructio gave us that safety net with no camera at all, and the occupancy data quietly reshaped how we run the gym floor. It just works, and there's nothing for my team to manage.
Questions, answered
What buyers ask before they start.
How accurate is the counting?
Up to 95% accurate for anonymous people-counting and utilisation across each zone. It counts only — no one is identified — and during the pilot you can check the numbers against your own head-counts before you rely on them for staffing or layout decisions.
Is it genuinely anonymous?
Yes. Counting runs on-device and keeps no images: anonymous counts only, with no facial recognition and no audio. A number leaves the room and nothing else.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
On Australian-hosted infrastructure. Only your team's logins can see your dashboard, and the data is yours — export it or have it deleted whenever you like.
Will installation disrupt the venue?
No. Sensors are ceiling-mounted zone by zone in a short visit — no building works, no rip-and-replace, and no downtime for members.
Does each sensor need power and Wi-Fi?
Power at the ceiling mount. Connectivity is your choice — we can run on your existing network or bring our own, so a pilot never waits on your IT roadmap.
Can we add fall detection to the same rooms?
Yes — camera-free fall detection runs on the same managed subscription, and it's the usual pairing for accessible toilets and change rooms where a camera was never an option.
How does it work commercially?
It's fully managed on a subscription — there's no hardware to buy and no capital outlay. We scope the details with you directly, based on the zones you want counted, and a short managed pilot is the usual place to start.
